This was the second year that Alyth held a driving class and it was lovely to see two well-presented Shetland ponies competing.

Sadly we didn’t see an increase in entrants this year but hopefully the show will be well supported next year, it was unfortunate that the show clashed with Largs Show and Falkland event.

It was lovely to see a new junior Sharon Stent competing with her lovely Shetland pony Yogi.

The winner of the exercise class was another newcomer to the driving scene who is having a successful first season was Kim Petrie driving her lovely grey Shetland Moorfoot Coty L’Aimant affectionately known as Lilly at home.

Congratulations to both competitors and Thank you for supporting such a wonderful event another big thank you goes to our judge on the day Joyce Simpson and also to Alyth show for putting on driving classes again this year.
